Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days in the UK. Wall art prints and cushions are made to order, so please allow a little extra time; they're worth the wait.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet; we're UK-based and shipping to the UK only for now. We'll be expanding soon, so keep an eye on our Instagram.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you'll get a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Products

Are the prints made to order?
Yes. All wall art is printed fresh for you through our print partner, which means better quality and less waste. No sitting in a warehouse.

What paper and ink do you use?
Our prints use museum-quality giclée printing on heavyweight fine art paper. Colours are accurate, rich, and built to last.

Are the candles natural?
Yes, our candles are hand-poured using natural wax with considered fragrance blends. No synthetic nasties.

Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to photograph everything accurately, but screens vary. If you ever receive something that looks significantly different, get in touch.

Orders & Returns

Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Made-to-order prints and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph it and email us at apluslivinguk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it straight away; replacement or refund, your choice.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the "discount code" box. Only one code can be applied per order.

A+ Living is a curated collection of calm home accessories, designed by an interior designer and fine artist. Every piece is chosen because it genuinely belongs in a considered home; nothing is here just to fill a gap.

How are products chosen?
Intentionally and carefully. We only stock things we'd put in our own homes, natural materials, honest craftsmanship, and pieces that earn their place.
