Pre-orders

Certain items in our collection may occasionally be available to pre-order when out of stock. This allows you to secure a piece before it becomes available, so you never miss something you love.

When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be stored securely. Payment will be collected at the point of fulfilment, once your item is ready to dispatch. You will be notified by email before any charge is made.

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before fulfilment. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
